Coming home soon

Sitting here in the basement in Brisbane the weather has turned wet and checking the weather forecast for Bali I notice the wet season is going strong.

Morning showers are the norm and as I fly in tommorrow I’ll be sure to get an overcast view of Kuta reef. Here’s our 10 day forecast.

Can’t wait to see all the familair faces at Global, Internet Outpost and Cafe Moka…I can smell the coffee already.

From what I’ve read in the papers this morning and heard on the ABC Radio, it was Lombok that got the brunt of it all.
However, Karangasem was hit pretty hard.

Hey Nick, will Vince & Akari be alright or are they still in Legian?.

Vincent and Akari are in Ubud for the time being. I will get the local info on the damage when I arrive tommorrow.

I would imagine the worst place to be would be Denpasar ( locally made and designed buildings of more than one storey) we’ll see. I hope the damage isn’t substantial, we don’t need any more setbacks.
