Cloudy and wet in Seminyak Bali

We are in the middle of the wet season right now and daily showers, combined with cloudy skies are the go. Yesterday I was at Blue Ocean Beach, and while the strong ultra violet forced me to wear my shades (I can do that now after getting my eyeballs peeled), it was cloudy and a bit windy. Beach life pretty much came to a standstill and there were not many people about at all.

The good thing about the cloudy weather is it keeps the temperatures down. When the searing sunshine comes along it gets hot. Being a whitey, I don’t mind a dose of cloud to protect my skin once in a while. Here’s a look at our 10 day weather forecast in Bali.

a happy new year to you………………
and i hope it will be a good year for all in bali, god knows they deserve it.
i live in margaret river, we moved here from noosa qld, im still not sure if we made the right move as the weather here can be so extreme and my husband complains about the ocean being so cold when he goes surfing, it is a beautiful place to bring up kids though, and i have met some unreal people, hence that is me, not my husband because he does fly in fly out work up at the mines working as an electrician wich makes it hard for him socially. the bonus about living in wa is we are so close to bali so we try and come over for a month a year so that keeps my husband happy. we went 8 weeks ago a very busy holiday as i was doing the big buy for our summer markets here in margs. i just love it there, its like coming home when i get off that plane and walk through the airport at denpasar and inhale that familiar aroma ….you can travel to lots of places on this but no one looks after you like the balinese. so…….what i want to say to you is thanks for all the great information you send out to us, its great. i try and get my b.b hit as much as i can and so do my friends. keep up the great work and have a great new year….. cheers sue
