All kinds of silliness is going right now with Indonesia and Australia communicating via cartoons of each other’s leaders in compromising positions. The issue that led up to the cartoon row was Australia’s support for Papuan asylum seekers, who claim genocide is being committed in Papua. A great fellow to sum up this whole episode is Indcoup, who never holds back the truth just to me ‘mummy’s boy’.
Papuan demonstrators recently killed some security personnel in that province. The Sydney Morning Herald reports that retaliation for that has been swift and the religious nuts in the ‘peanut gallery’ are tossing in their 10 cents too. Here’s more from the man himself.
