Barrie spreads his web wings in Perth Australia

Barrie has been a constant contributor to Baliblog since the start in 2003 and as well as doing the Word of the Day ( as I am not so fluent and some of my friends give me credit for) has many admirers. Barrie has lived for over 10 years in Yogyakarta, the cultural center of Java and has a ton of knowledge about Indonesia in general.

He has a couple of his own sites which Baliblog readers will enjoy. Firstly, Wombat Wanderings which has been online for while, and the more recent Planet Mole. Barrie will also be bringing out a video series 'Adventures in the Gene Pool' which is still waiting for censors to clear an 18 rating.

It's a shame he will not be around for the Bali Tour as many people would enjoy his unique insights and extravagant explanations of everything cultural. It will also mean I won't be able to take a breather from talking. Feel free to browse Barrie's sites and send him and email once in a while.

G’Day Nick,

Thanks for the promo mate. The more people I have reading both sites and commenting the better. The sites will get better and hopefully more interesting for the reader.

Yeah, I’m a bit shitty cuz I can’t make it on the Bali Tour even though I will be in Bali for a few months. Next time eh mate.

C’mon Folks, this tour is one heck of an experience and one well worth NOT missing. Nick knows every nook and cranny in Bali and the tour will undoubtedly bring many surprises for you as well as superb foto opportunities. So, GET ON BOARD!!.

I would just like to be a parrot and repeat what Barrie boy has stated. Nick will give you a great view of Bali and for sure a lot better than some pre-arranged coach trip set up by the Tour companies where you will be taken to set places that have a deal with the tour company and ceetainly not to some of the off-beat places Nick has discovered. So as Barrie has already said all you people reading this GET ON GO ON GET ON !!!!!!
