I have been here for almost 1.5 years and the boys back in USA and Australia have decided to really go for it and open up a sister site to Baliblog in Africa.
So I will be going to Zamunda in the next few months to help train our new travel guide writer on the in’s and out’s of writing, traveling and making it all one cohesive package for BootsnAll.
Please visit our Zamunda Blog and check out this new travel hot spot. Even Tony Wheeler likes what he see over there. I can’t wait to go!

hehe… can’t wait to check it out!
I went to a money changer in Legian today try to change rupiahs for zamundars but they had trouble finding the exchange rate.
Yeah – I would wait till we send you over to Zamunda to try an exchange Nick… the rate is better over there anyway.
G’Day Nick,
Had a gecko at the Zamunda Blog. Fabulous!. I look forward to checking in with that daily.
hmmm… seems my comment didn’t get posted in it’s “entirety”…
hehe… wonder why?
Go where no man has gone before!!! …….will there be a BNA hostel out there as well. Hehe….
Aloha Nick,
Be careful when you go to Zamunda.
I was there in 1994 and was unfortunately mugged by a small gang of knife-wielding gnomes.
Got out of it OK, since I had some gummie bears on me – and the gnomes love gummie bears
By the way, when you’re there, say hello to Sidd Finch.
Have A Fun Discovery,

Jason,
Thanks for the tips man! I’m going to try to make it in time for ‘Wantilan’, the festival where local hill tribe women descend on the main town and drag off unsuspecting men for a week of ‘forced mating’.
You’re living a good life, Nick.
Although it’s not Zamunda, everyone should also check out BootsnAll’s East Africa Travel Guide. You can find out info on the exotic spice-island of Zanzibar, which is the sister country to Zamunda, even though it’s in the Indian Ocean.
