Bali vigil marks London bombings

Thursday July 14th a candlelight vigil took place at the Sari Club site in Kuta.

The Sari Club was the location of the largest bomb in the October 12th 2002 Bali bombings. Tonights candlelight vigil was to honor the victims of the London bombing.

Why these 2 events, thousands of miles apart share a significance is because innocent people, going about their own business were targeted by terror groups. I am still in Ubud so found out about the vigil via BBC. My friend Dallas Finn who is the president of Bali Peace Park, the organiuzation that hopes to develop the actual bomb site, is in Australia right now.

Living here in Bali I never hear Indonesians mentioning the massive death toll in Aceh, which is in stark contrast to the noise westerners make about events like Bali and London. I do not know who is right but send my regards to all those affected by disasters, natural and otherwise.

To the monster who posts as indcoup…. so you think your clever do you ? Your brain is the size of a pigeons and just for quoting silly things like that i am sure you will roast in hell….honest believe me and not these silly twisted idiots you listen to preaching nothing but nonsense. I dont even know why i am answering your post as it disgusts me. So do me a favour and go and strap some explosives to yourself and walk into the middle of a bif field
away from anyone but yourself and then ignite your explosives nerd.
