Bali bomber repentent: Unlikely to get off

A terrorist who created a jihadist website, instructing others to harm westerners, and who also harbored Bali Bomb II operatives, says he is sorry. Indonesian terrorist Abdul Aziz said “Please tell them I feel sorry. I want to apologize to the Balinese. This is the first and last time and I will not repeat the mistake again.” I can guarantee that.

Abdul Aziz is one of the latest JI (Jemaah Islamiyah) members to go on trial and with every new member arrested, the profile of JI and its leaders improves.

Today in Central Sulawesi, police arrested 5 people with links to JI supremo Noordin Top. The net is closing on Top, and its good the Indonesian police have a no nonsense approach to dealing with these guys.
