The dry season is back and so are my allergies. Yahoo, only another 6 months of coughing and sneezing before my sinuses get a break.
The 2 biggest factors that helped me recently were 1) chopping down a couple of huge pollen-producing trees in my garden and 2) getting home internet access. Now I am sick and so is my computer. My machine has been going down hill for a while and is at the doctors. Hopefully I will get it back soon and be online at home.
My neighbor Lorenzo from Italy has a couple of the big white-flowered tress in his garden and I was hoping to pursued him to chop them down. My line of reasoning was going to be that it stops allergies. Right now I do not make a very good advertisement for someone who has been cured of allergies. My nose is a faucet and I have sneezing fits every now and again. The other people in the internet cafe love me.
I am hoping by the weekend things will clear up for my sinuses and my machine. I am taking a liquid cure from Oregon called Healthy Sinus and an organic pill which is supposed to help mucous membranes. Maybe a swim in salty water would help wash my troubles away.

Nick a saline(ocean) nasal wash will actually help wash the pollen out of your nasal/sinus passages, there is no harm to do this several times a day. Frequent nasal washes is actually recommended by allergists as part of a treatment regimen. You didn’t even know that you really were on to something with the salt water swim! You must be able to buy pseudafed, look for it & try it. Next time I am there I will bring you some allergy stuff instead of dental floss.
Thanks Cathleen,
Things picked up after 2 days. There is a flu bug going around and i also know someone with tonsilitis. I felt a twinge of the lu and that probably irriated the allergies.
Now its better and thank you for the offer.
