A villa in Bali: Your piece of paradise
Bali is a becoming a place where expats and part-time stayers look to build a villa. Bali has 20,000 hotel rooms, ranging from bargain basement to luxury. Not everyone wants a hotel though and private villas are the new way to go. You could build your own, re inventing the wheel as you go, or buy a ready made villa form a proper company.
Seminyak has many villas for sale / rent and 2 of the best developments are The Sentosa and One Seminyak. The Sentosa was designed by the same guys who did the Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay (once voted Best Resort in the World). For someone who needs a quality abode in the party scene, which can generate a decent income (when time are good) these high places offer a solution.
