Mastercard and Visa have handy online ATM locators that can pinpoint 24 hour cash machines world wide. These even work for Bali, with the large population areas covered.
Having tested both the Mastercard and Visa ATM locators, I’d say that anywhere in the Kuta area (Tuban, Legian, Seminyak) should be referred to as ‘Kuta’. Denpasar shows results as does Singaraja. If you are visiting Bali and need an ATM, the quickest route is to ask a local (”Demana Ah Teh Em?”). It is handy though to be able to locate a 24 hour ATM when you need one. The locators are global, so if Bali is just one stop on your RTW tour, you can bookmark these and make your life easier in future.
