Adam Air’s crash, which was reported yesterday on the BBC website, has been changed to ‘missing’. Local villagers in Sulawesi reported wreckage and fiding bodies. However no evidence of the plane has been found.

The flight took off 1300hrs Sunday, from Surabaya, heading for Manado in NE Sulawesi. Relatives of the passengers were angry at the reports of the crash, and rumours survivors had been found. They now have to wait for the plane to be located. Plane crashes in the past have had survivors, although your chances are slim.
