Bali has some great spas. treatments usually include a variety of massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and Balinese tradition treatments. Seminyak and Ubud have many small spas which offer good service for an affordable price. I visited one around the corner from my house valled Mimpi. Mimpi is on Jl. Dhyana Pura across from Bahaina and I spoke to young guy called Made.
When I visited they didn’t seem busy and I think you can probably walk up and ask for whatever treatment you want.
