Wet season is here in Bali and the surfers have to adjust to surfing the eastern side of the south coast. Conditions today at Nusa Dua were so so with a 5.5ft swell height, period of 13 seconds and an 8mph offshore wind. Big waves in Bali to continue

Bali and much of the south coast of Indonesia has been pounded by big waves recently, due to a combo of high winds and the lunar cycle. According to Indonesia’s meteorology department, big waves will continue, for a while but with less force than over the last week.

Swell forecast for Nusa Dua Bali

Wet season conditions here in Bali, and after strong storms, the eastern coastline is where you’ll find most surfers. Nusa Dua right now is getting offshore winds, whcih are rather too strong. Today’s swell height was predicted at 8ft, with a 20mph wind.

To get to Green Ball, you head up the hill onto the Bukit, from Bypass Ngurah Rai (heading to Nusa Dua), then at the 4 way intersection (Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Balangan), turn left towards Nusa Dua. You will see a sign for the Bali Cliff Resort, and the surf beach at Green Ball.
