I have a large collection of sunrise and sunset photos and really didn't need anymore. However, a few people I know who were new to Bali wanted to see their first sunset over Kuta when I was there last time.

Out of all the mediums in art my favourite must be those of photographic works and especially those in black and white. I think it is the starkness of the image and the manner of light capture.

Tonight dinner was ravioli (35,000rp) at Yut’s on Rum Jungle Rd in Legian. A friend who is a photographer came along and we chatted about the art. Listening to someone who knows his stuff makes me scared to open my mouth, let alone show him a photo.
