Last year I wrote about the beach / surfing break at Jl. Padma, in Legian. For beginning / intermediate surfers, who are tired of Kuta Beach / Halfway etc., but like the idea of being downtown, Padma is a good option.

Sunday night I was invited to join 2 people for dinner at Yut’s in Legian. Yut’s is located on Jl. Padma and was originally owned by a Javanese lady named Sayuti.

Wednesday afternoon a sandwich was what I was after. Riding down Jl. Padma I stopped into Wayan & Friends and checked out the menu. This restaurant is open form 7am-11pm and serves western food. The place is open to the street which make strolling and for just a drink easy.
