Anti pornography bill supporters and protesters have been getting into it in Jakarta recently. The thinly veiled
conservative Muslim, anti-pornography bill, attempts to shut down anything that doesn’t fit into a Muslim mold. Intimidating opposition and twisting the meaning of the anti-pornography bill are part of the deal.

Denmark advises nationals to leave Indonesia

Denmark has advised its citizens not to travel to Indonesia, and for Danes in Indonesia to leave. The cartoon pictures of the Prophet Mohammed have become a Muslim version of the Monica Lewinsky saga, where much was made of something quite small.
