You’ve got to love Indonesia, for having absolutely no self conciousness, when it comes to advertising. We’ve all seen the small warungs with ‘bloody cold beer’ and ‘chicken gordon blue’. Check out Honda’s website, for some hilarious examples of how to use the English language.

Californians get excited when Chevrolet puts out a new model of the Corvette. In Germany its the Mercedes and here in Bali is a Honda scooter. Honda really has the market in a stranglehold (imagine the kick backs somebody is getting!).

Here in Bali there are 2 kinds of parking attendents, Parkirmen, who take money and issue a ticket, for your parking, and Satpam’s, security gaurds, who double as parking attendents.
