Internet access in Seminyak / Legian Bali
By Nick | December 29th, 2006 |Internet access seems to have been affected in the following way in Legian and Seminyak. Many of the better internet cafes (AC, decent hardware, good speed) are closed. Many of the second tier places are still open (small monitors, no USB ports, crowded little rooms with funky desks etc.)
