Warung Gossip: Still serving good grub in Kerobokan Bali

Warung Gossip is a place I used to frequent a lot, but haven't been to for a while. While rather cheap, its still more expensive than the other places nearer to my house like Warung Mimpi or Warung Murah. Today I went for lunch and the place was quiet. One new addition to Warung Gossip is the butt-ugly concrete wall separating guests from the view they used to come for. I see this all over Bali and it is a shame, neighbors not giving a damn what their walls or other constructions do to the landscape. My lunch was around 20,000rp and was good. They always knock out good food here and if you want the best spread come before 12.30pm when all the rhinos arrive to graze.

Its still pleasant to sit out in the garden and enjoy the breeze and the staff are nice. The food can be described as a westernized version of nasi campur (mixed rice) where you choose the items. Warung Gossip is open for lunch and dinner, but lunch is the time to go.
