Continho Brasileiro is Brazillian for Warung Brasil Bali, a warung Nick has mentioned in previous blogs. So I ventured there for lunch today to tempt my tastebuds.
This warung is a BIG must for all of you connisseurs. Situated on the corner of Jl Benesari and Jl Benesari Lane, it is a delightful place in which to dine or, just have a drink and ‘people-watch’ as you enjoy the magic of Bali.
I was astounded by the incredible choice on the menu. Complete sections for Jaffles and Pancakes through to Sanwiches and Salads, and, I just opened the menu!. Warung Brasil Bali caters for all nationalities - Chinese dishes, Spaghetti,
European, Curries and Satays. There is also a fantastic choice of Pizza’s!. However, it is the Brasillian dishes for which the Warung Brasil Bali is renowned. An extensive choice of delicious dishes has you ‘tossing coins’ to see which one you will eat!.
Warung Brasil Bali is extremely clean, and the service nothing short of superb and friendly. There is also a second floor for those private or romantic moments in dining.

After much debating I settled on BEEF ACEBOLADO (Beef, tomato, onions, bacon, rice and beans) reasonably priced at Rp15,000.
A bowl of red kidney-bean soup accompanied the Acebolado. A tender beef steak (In Oz we call it Minute steak) smothered with crispy bacon pieces, fried onions and tomatoes. The Nasih Putih and Salad fought for position on the full plate!. The whole meal was a delightful experience and my tastebuds were screaming for more!.
Not one to disappoint my stomach, I then ordered Fried Banana with Coconut sugar (Rp6,000). Absolute and total pure delight to finish a beautiful meal.
Atmosphere: Brilliant in every aspect.
Food Quality: Par excellence
Service: Excellent
Rating: 9
This is one warung to which my stomach will drag me in the future, and believe me, I will have no objections at all!
