Rumours restaurant Seminyak

Just returned from Rumours restaurant in Seminyak after a great dinner. Rumours is located on Jl. Oberoi close to Trattoria and gained a reputation as a bargain place for western food. Prices have risen, but its sill good.

At 8pm the place was 40% full and I managed to get table immediately. The waitstaff remember my face, even though they can’t put a name to it. A small Bintang cost me 8,000rp and for 35,000rp I ordered beef stroganoff, which came with green beans, carrot, gravy and mashed potato. The portion was generous, the beef, unbelievably tender. For 15,000rp dessert a thin slice for blueberry cheesecake. By the time my dinner arrived the place was packed. Rumours is good for couples, groups, families.
