Mega Disc DVD - Poppies Lane II in Kuta Bali
All you lovers of affordably priced DVD’s, here’s another place for you to check out in Kuta. Actually Mega Disc DVD has been around for a while, and today I chatted with the staff. Everyone was from Bali except one girl from Ambon (can you guess who she is from the photo?)
One lady who seemed like the one in charge was 9 months pregnant, and in surprisingly good spirits. She told me
DVD’s were 10,000rp each, but I could buy 100 and get another 50 free!!!! According to the staff, foreigners like new releases including Mission Impossible 3 and on busy days they might sell 300 or more DVD’s. Business is slow right now, hence the big discount for bulk.
Mega Disc is located on the same side as Pub Bagus, about 20 meters further in from Jl. Legian. They are open from 9am - 11pm
