Meeting Bo & Katrina in Kuta Bali

Thursday afternoon I decided to go down to Cineplex 21 at Simpang Siur in Kuta and see what was on at the movies. I never go and wanted to do something for a change. As I was driving in I bumped into Palu, his wife Wiwin and their daughter Lovia. As it turned out the movies started 2 hours later, but Palu introduced me to a couple of American tourists who came along with him. I suggested we all go down to Kuta Paradiso Billiard and Bowling, but only the Yanks wanted to go. Anyway we went down there (located in the complex behind Bali slingshot on Jl. Kartika Plaza) and spent an hour shooting pool.

Corby's Perth legal advisors smelt a rat as soon as they got here with the Bali legal team suggesting the best way for a result was to get $500,000 to the appeal judges. They were fired, then re-hired and now Hotman has come on board.

Garuda: Indonesia's national carrier

garuda.gifGaruda Indonesia is the name of Indonesia's national airline carrier. The name Garuda came from a Hindu God and Garuda is the winged horse of Visnu. Garuda Indonesia flies from Denpasar (DPS), the official name of the airport, located in Tuban. I have found Garuda to be a decent airline that can be affordable and reliable. My flight out to Bali from London on Jan 1st 2003 was with Garuda. The international route network includes:
