Living in Bali means a lot of things, including getting used to and appreciating Indonesian food. I enjoy Indonesian food twice a day, just not at 7am and definitely not the greasy kind. Global Chiropractic Kuta Bali
My first ever visit to a chiropractor took place at Global Chiropractic in Kuta this afternoon. After a few weeks of uncomfortable shoulder pain I decided to ask an opinion. Recently reaching the age of 44, I’m aware that joints often start playing up and there could be a whole range of simple reasons.

Barcelona Bar & Restaurant in Legian Bali
This evening I was heading down to Warung Murah for my usual plate of Indonesian food when something inside of me said “I want salad.” Riding from Jl. Double Six through to Jl. Padma Utara, I spotted a new place called Barcelona.
