Sunset Dreaming

I have seen countless sunsets around the archipelago of Indonesia and some that are surreal like I once witnessed in Flores, the golden oranges and reds slowly turning the paling blue sky a crimson-purple. There is that something special that draws us human beings to watch one of nature’s delights. Yeah, it makes you feel good! There are any places around Bali that are spectacular was sunset-watching, the most notable and renowned worldwide is that of Tanah Lot. However, witness a sunset on the beach at Amed on the west coast and you know what a sunset is. Other great places are at Lovina and around the area of Gilamanuk. No doubt you all have your favourite place to watch the sun being slowly devoured by the darkening sea.

No spectacular sunSETS at Amed, because it is situated on the Eastcost of Bali and therefore known for its nice sunRISES.
