The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel is on of he premier hotels not only in Bali but the world. Located on the bach in Nusa Dua this hotel provides everything from large swimming pools, comfortable room, fine restaurants and a range of sporting and spa activities.
The Bali Beach Hotel goes all out to project and atmosphere of high level luxury. Straight you are aware of the expansive driveway, traditional stone entrance, banyan tree and huge ponds outside.
The lobby roof, done in traditional style but with dark wood rather than bamboo is the largest one I’ve seen.
All staff wear smart Balinese style uniforms and the reception area is imaculate.
The large swimming pools next to the beach, spa and many restaurants give an atmosphere similar to that of an upscale resort or club in southern California.
The Bali Beach Nusa Dua is located in Nusa Dua on the east side of the Bukit peninsula. This means it has close access to Ngurah Rai international airport and is a 25 minute drive from Kuta.
The hotel is located on the beach just north of the main entrance in Nusa Dua. Access is easy and the private beach is right there.
Nusa Dua itself is a relatively new area and has many hotels and resorts on a long strip. This area was chosen because of it safe swimming conditions and location away from the hussle and bussle of busy Kuta.
This is a 5-star hotel is every way and a guest will be spoilt for choices. The massive driveway and ponds, the huge Balinese roofed lobby and the country club type facitlies make this the total retreat for those who want to get away from the hectic life.
I found the size of the property, 8.5 hectares and the size and style of the swimming pools and private beach to be impressive.
There are 9 restaurants on property catering to all tastes as well as 24 hours room service.
The Nusa Dua spa has its own rectangular swimming pool surrounded by beautiful trees, perfect for relaxing.
The staff here are very polite and make and effort to acknowledge guests. Our guide, assistant manager Aminudin was extremely friendlly and courteous .
The spa and exercise staff jumped to attention as we entered, attention to detail is very important here.
There is a huge banyan tree in the driveway area. Its location and size together with a large tradition entranceway are rather like a temple.
With 9 restaurants the hotel really tries to offer a selection. I saw a sign that said ?Thursday night is Italian night’ which did at first seem strange in Bali.
The Bali Beach Nusa Dua is unique because of the size of the grounds and facilties. It has a private beach, massive driveway with elegant ponds and temple entrance, large swimming pools located next to the beach, exercise and spa activities and 9 restaurants.
Total satisfaction and guest pleasure is what is offered here.
I would stay here if I wanted a location that was away from the frantic pace of Kuta, that was on the beach with every possible luxury on hand.
The Bali Beach Nusa Dua is perfect for a honeymoon couple and those wishing to have the full resort vacation they dream of.
With tennis courts, exercise facilities, spa and 9 restaurants a person could enjoy their time here without worry.
I would stay somewhere else if I wanted a more affordable room. Nusa Dua is a little bit out of the way as far as nightlife and shopping, Kuta would be better. Also some people might not enjoy the upscale resort scene for a whole trip.
