The Kuta Beach has been around for 30 years. Located on Jl. Singosari, the one-way street that ends at Matahari Square, Kuta Beach Club looks like an older Balinese style hotel.
I went there 2 years ago and talked with the manager, Johny Winadi. To my surprise the center of the propertry is nice with a swimming pool and neat gardens.
Amazing what you find behind the facade here in Bali. For someone who wants a resort typ feeling, wotihout paying big bucks, but also close to the restaurants, shopping, nighltife etc. Kuta Beach Club isn’t bad.
To get to the bottom end of Jl. Legian will take you 5 minutes to walk, the beach will take you 2 minutes. Also the Kuta Beach Club is only 10 minutes from the airport, so you can start enjoying your holiday as soon as you arrive…straight into the pool with a cold drink mate!

Great, accurate review. I’ve stayed there once myself over tha times I’ve been to Bali. On the whole, a great place to stay. Staff are friendly when u need them to be. Facilities are basic but practical.
