Alami’s Furniture & Art Shop isn’t one of the fancier places on Jl. Kunti, in Seminyak. Its open to the street, the furniture is sitting there without decoration and the staff seems half interested. The thing I like about Alami’s is they have some decent western style furniture. I looked at a sofa (2,350,000rp) and a big bed (2,850,000rp) which looked cool.
Alami’s is located about 100 meters in from Jl. Seminyak on th right side. I’m am sure you can negotiate, especially if you are buying more than 1 piece. The staff told me the shop is open from 8am-5.30pm. Their business card also says they can handle wholesale orders.

I’m Ann a professional Canadian of 58 years. It’s pleasant for me to spend my vacations in warm places like beaches. I visited Costa Rica with my husband Frank, and we decided to go to a 5 stars hotel recommended by the travel agency. We went to the Hotel Fiesta Premier in Guanacaste. We like the price and what they offered to us. For that reason, we traveled by plane to the airport of Liberia, some 25 minutes from the hotel. We remained there almost one week. My husband and I always have loved the good service and the good food, something that the Hotel offers. We spent a wonderful time walking together by the beach, riding on horseback, and enjoying nature. The Spa has special programs for all age people. In addition, we went fishing, something that Frank always has loved. We enjoyed the tour very much. Write me, and we can interchange experiences.

Hi Nick, I am a silent follower of Baliblog. I have been to Bali several times in the past and now am based in TX. I would like to buy some furniture pieces from Bali but all I can find on the net have a minimum purchase requirement of a whole 20 foot container. I was wondering if Alami’s or you may know of other furniture stores that can ship to TX less that a container. I am thinking maybe a bed, a couple of bookcases and a couple of console/ coffee tables. If you know of anyone who can do this at a reasonable price, I would appreciate the contact info. Thanks and keep those postings coming.
