Ketut: The hotel is laid out in Balinese style and said the roof is ?jungle’. The architectural style also is Balinese with open sided reception area and elements including traditional ?bale’ beside the pool and carvings decorating the property.

Baliblog: What kind of food does the Cafe serve?
Ketut: The upstairs Cafe serves Indonesian food such as nasi campur and some Balinese food, bebek betutu and nasi babi, as well as western food.

Baliblog: How would you describe the atmosphere at this hotel?
Ketut: The atmosphere is friendly.The staff take care of the customers and try to give them good service.

Baliblog: What is special about staying at Biyukukung Suites and Spa?
Ketut: The hotel is like a natural Balinese village area. We take care of our guests like a family living in our home.

Baliblog: Why do you think people like staying here?
Ketut: Most of the guests like staying here because of the view and the atmosphere. Also its close from Ubud center if they are walking.

For guests staying here you can walk to Monkey Forest and see dance performance at the temple and visit the galleries. Goa Gajah cave from here only 10 minutes.

Baliblog: Does the general public have access to the Spa?
Ketut: Yes. Guest can also stay here and not go to the spa, but in house guests get special price for spa.

Baliblog: Who are your guests and how long to they stay for?
Ketut: Usually people stay here for 4 days. Most guests are from Taiwan, Japan, Europe and Australia.

Bali Ratu Rhapsody (2 hours): (Foot bath, body steam, traditional combination between Balinese and Thai massage and choices of aromatheropy massage oil, body scrub made from assortment of herbs, face cleaning then a face massage followed by a fresh cucumber mask, flower bath).

Bali Ratu Autumn Leaf (2 hours): (Foot bath, body steam, aromatherapy massage oil, body scrub, hair wash, manicure, flower bath).

Bali Ratu Angel Spa (2 hours 30mins) : (Foot bath, body steam, traditional Balinese massage, body scrub (spices) milk body scrub, flower bath with Indonesian crystalized Jamu (herbs) called ‘Sari Rapet’).
