As far as I know there are several ISPs in Bali and none of them could be said as providing a stable high speed satelite connection … more over as leading in the business … CMIIMW
Rai, if want you want to pick the hairs off a knat’s ass then do so. I think Hengky and his staff at Global run a decent business and my friend Mick says Global’s access is pretty good.
For expats living in the Seminyak / Kerobokan area Global is located quite handily.
